EXCHANGE FOR ORDER ERROR
If you received a product different from what you purchased (wrong size, color, or missing item), contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

Once the error is confirmed, the exchange will be made at no additional cost.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If your product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days after delivery.

After review, the exchange or refund will be processed at no additional cost.
Important: we do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or natural wear and tear.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The product must show no signs of use and must have original packaging and tags preserved.
Deadlines:
7 calendar days for withdrawal or order error
30 calendar days for manufacturing defects
After approval, shipping instructions will be sent within up to 5 business days.
Size exchanges are allowed as long as the product is unused. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
